this one is simple and great for the garlic lovers
there are garlic roaster that you can put in the oven or you can form tin foil to make like a little bowl to hold your garlic
take one elephant garlic
chop the top off do not peel
pour a tbls of olive oil and salt
put in oven at 400 for 20 min
then to serve the mush garlic cloves will pop out
and place on bread or cracker
