THis is the principal's job-----get him or her aware of the problem and ask for a follow-up------in other words the principal should call you (you politely request them to) and let you know what action they have taken to resolve this problem to your satisfaction. Everything is going to be okay if things don't work out and there are no other schools to transfer to-----if you have the time to transport your child to and from school because you find no resolution to this probelm then so be it.
