seafood "things"

Hello Mama Magia. Mind if I add a couple of recipes to this thread? I kind of love seafoods just like you. so here goes:

Ingredients:
1 C. White Wine
1/2 C. unsalted Butter do not use Margarine
3 tsp. minced Garlic
1 lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Preparation:
Bake at 350-degree oven for about 6 to 7 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the Shrimp. The shrimp is done when it has turned pink.

Mamma that batch of seafood recipes you posted look delish. I think I'll cook my way through them. I'm especially intrigued by the "Poor Man's Lobster". I'm a huge fan of lobster but I no longer live on the coast. It's very pricey in my area and when eaten at a restaurant they don't seem to kow how to prepare it so it can result in a very "rubbery" end product.

When I was glancing through a seed catalgoue in the spring I came across a "Lion's Mane" mushroom plant one could order. Apparently this mushroom (which is very odd looking) tastes exactly like lobster. Unfortunately it wasn't available for delivery to my area, so I can't attest to the fact. :(
