here are plenty of conclusive evidence that vegetarian diets are healthy and offer a wide range of health benefits. Balanced and healthy vegetarian diets are also appropriate during any stage of the life cycle, and these include infancy, childhood, and adolescence. A vegetarian diet is a diet that does not contain meat, or products that contain meat.

you'll find this very post on other sites - we are all entitled to our own opinions - I'll bring my soapbox and we can have a ball with this -

It's very rare for me to have a meal without meat. When I do it's with a heavy soup like potato or vegetable. I couldn't debate the health values of either side but just know what I like to eat.

Absolutely agree—vegetarian diets, when properly planned, can provide all the essential nutrients the body needs at every life stage. I've noticed that many people on plant-based diets also explore high-quality supplements to support areas that might need extra attention, like cognitive function or eye health. That’s where WELLBEUP https://wellbeup.com/ really stands out, offering plant-friendly brain support and vision supplement options backed by great reviews and smart supplenation strategies. Combining a vegetarian lifestyle with the right health products can truly optimize well-being in a natural, sustainable way.
