Velotric e-bikes—solid ride or too many issues?

Been thinking about switching to an e-bike for my daily commute, so I picked up a Velotric after seeing decent reviews. First impression? Smooth ride, decent battery life, and the motor is strong enough for city streets. But after a couple of months, I started noticing some weird rattling near the back wheel. Nothing major, but enough to make me wonder if it’s normal wear or a bigger issue. Anyone else had this happen? Also, if something breaks, is Velotric phone number actually helpful, or do they make you jump through hoops for support?

I got a Velotric last year, and overall, it’s been a good ride. The battery holds up well for daily use, and the assist kicks in smoothly. But yeah, I had a similar issue with a rattling noise—it turned out to be a loose screw on the rear rack. Tightened it up, and it’s been fine since. Had one hiccup with my charger acting up, so I called velotric phone number to see about a replacement. Took a couple of emails, but they sent a new one under warranty.
