1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup bran flakes
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup cold coffee
This is a simple one pan recipe. Use an 8" x 8" ungreased pan for a mixing bowl. Mix flour, baking soda, sea salt, cinnamon, sugar, and cocoa. Blend in bran flakes and coffee. Add oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Bake in 350° F oven for 40 minutes.
