Product Recipes
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 lb chicken, cut up
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3 potatoes, cut up
- 1/2 cup onion, cut
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 2 bay leaves
- Dash salt and pepper
- Dash thyme and oregano
- Over low fire, heat oil and when hot, add onion.
- When the onion is brown, add chicken and stir until chicken looks cooked.
- Add seasonings, stir well, then add water and coconut milk.
- Last, add potatoes and let cook for 20 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice.
