1/2 cup buttermilk
1 quart water
1 1/3 cups Jerrell's Non-Fat Dry Milk
1. In large bowl combine water and Jerrell's non-fat dry milk. Mix well.
2. Stir in buttermilk.
3. Allow to stand at room temperature about 5 hours until clabbered.
4. Stir until smooth.
5. Place in refrigerator until cold.
Keep refrigerated. Use for drinking or in cooking.
