- 1/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup granulated brown sugar
- 4 tsp curry powder
- 1 large can pineapple chunks
- 1 can pears, sliced
- 1 can peaches, sliced
- 15 cherries
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Drain fruit
- Melt butter, then add the brown sugar and curry powder. Mix well.
- Mix fruit together with the sugar mixture and spoon into a casserole dish.
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
