• 4 pkgs frozen spinach
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
• 1 can artichokes
• 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 1/2 tsps onion powder salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Chop and drain spinach
3. Mix all ingredients and pour into a flat baking dish.
4. Bake for 30 - 45 mins.

Can top dish with buttered bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese before baking.
