Recipe: Easy Chicken or Turkey Divan

- 6 slices (2 cups) cut up cooked turkey or chicken
- 2 (10oz pkgs) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
- 6 (1oz) slices processed American or Cheddar cheese
- 1 (13 1/2oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 1/2oz) can French fried onion rings
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange turkey or chicken in ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2 X 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches.
- Top with hot broccoli.
- Cover with cheese slices.
- Stir milk and soup together; pour over cheese.
- Bake 25 mins uncovered.
- Sprinkle with onion rings and bake 5 mins longer.
Serving: 4 to 5
