1 lb ground beef
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp dried Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (4 oz) can mushroom pieces drained
1 (8 oz) can pizza sauce
4 oz (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 425 degrees
Grease 12 inch pizza pan
1. In large skillet brown ground beef until thorougly cooked; drain grease from cooked ground beef.
2. In small bowl combine 1 cup flour, Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper, milk and eggs; blend until smooth.
3. Pour batter into greased pan, tilting pan so batter covers bottom.
4. Spoon beef over batter.
5. Top with onion and mushrooms.
6. Bake at 425 degrees on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 mins or until deep golden brown.
7. Spoon pizza sauce over pizza.
8. Sprinkle cheese over pizza sauce.
9. Bake an additional 7 to 12 mins.
