1 (9-inch) baked graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup unsifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 cup whipped topping, or
1 1/2 cups whipping cream, sweetened & whipped
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
2. Add sugar gradually, beating until smooth.
3. Add peanut butter, mixing well.
4. Stir in milk gradually. Add vanilla.
5. Fold whipped topping or whipped cream into mixture with rubber scraper or whisk.
6. Pour into cooled crust.
7. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
8. Freeze at least 4 hours.
9. Let sit for 20 minutes before cutting.
