Yes, tomatoes does have antioxidants (lycopene) but I read that it wasn't on that list because the anti-oxidant level is not that high/negligible when you eat it raw. Cooking releases the antioxidants to that you have to cook it first before you get the good stuff.

How about broccolli and chocolate and coffee and tea. I heard they are also rich in antioxidants. I especially like the news with chocolate. It allows for an excuse to eat lots.
