I did a Sloppy Joe meatloaf by mistake yesterday. Recipe called for 1 can tomato sauce, divided, (1/2 to be poured over the loaf near the end of the cooking time). Dumped the whole can in there and that puppy would not hold a shape. I had to put it into a loaf pan to bake it which I never do. When complete I had to spoon it out of the loaf pan and store the remainder in quart container. It actually tastes great. It just looks like chili.
