I could probably eat ramen noodles for a week and not get tired of them. I even named my cat Noodle (although, I must admit, NOT after ramen noodles).
That's a pretty cute name. Not sure I could eat them a week and not get tired of them. I do like them from time to time.
I like ramen noodles too. cheap and easy to fix. I don't eat them like soup though. I like to drain them and then put the seasoning on them. I think I will have them for lunch today.
On Sunday mornings I cook the ramen noodles up in plain water for 2 minutes, put the ramen in a lightly oiled ramekin, top with a beaten egg or two, added some fresh chopped green onions, and chopped ham, and finally top with some Cheddar cheese. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
It's a nice change of pace from the usual breakfast meals.

Baked ramen for breakfast? WOW....that is about as different as it gets right there.
