Hi, Johhny - Making soda bread can be trying - you almost have to be Irish to do it properly!
Usually, authentic soda bread has currents in it, rather than raisins, but either are grand. Your's looks really nice. I've experienced the wet "blob" - almost everyone does the first time around but it gets easier as you do it. Keep up the good work!
