Never be afraid to use your imagination. Cripe if I would have done that all these years and worried about following some recipes to a T - or if I worried about the lack of a certain pan size - I wouldn't have made a small percentage of what I have done.

Sure there are some recipes that need to be followed to a T. We all know that - but for all the rest - just smile and let loose! Hell - the smile alone will make everyone suspicious of what you've been up to! LOL

Those all sounds like great ideas. I wasn't able to make the cake this weekend, so when I do get to make it, I'm going to use the plastic wrap idea and a few of your other suggestions as well! Thanks
