I also love real coconut, as a child growing up in the Caribbean, my friends and I will select a coconut tree, then designate a climber while we waited below to collect the dry/green/young coconuts, then we selected a cutter and this was an art, oh the good days when growing up. You can make so many dishes, drinks, desserts etc, just from coconut.
