MSG may not be good for everyone. There are some sensitivities but nothing has been proven that it is bad for everyone. Specifically not in natural sources such as soy sauce or seaweed unless you are allergic to the ingredients in them. I think MSG is bad for people the way "enriched" wheat flour and high fructose corn syrup is bad for people. It's processed beyond recognition of anything natural.
