Shame that socially modified taste preferences and fads would alter the acceptance of a valuable food item. I wouldn't recommend a daily dose of organ meats in the sedate life style we all live by today, but consumption occasionally is important to replenish the body with very essential vitamins and minerals.

One such vitamin that I found out about and researched is Vitamin K2 (not regular K) along with Cod Liver Oil that acts as the activator.

There are tons of strays cats around this building and even racoons and ground hogs. I see the soup is still laying on the ground out back untouched by any of them lol.
I'm not one to waste food but that was just terrible.

I did find out that they did not have a Thanksgiving dinner which upset me. His Mom was getting over knee replacement and his Dad is disabled. His Dad told me he went to the local deli and bought some turkey and dressing. His Dad is also scheduled for a heart cath a couple days before Christmas. I am def going to make sure and take them some holiday dinner. I wish I had for Thanksgiving but Jon and I assumed they were going to their daughters who lives a couple of counties over. Their son who lives with them would have to sober up and get out of bed before 2pm to make dinner.
