I don't think a caring father would need that long!
People who prey on the innocent are the worst. As a father of 6 children I can tell you this, I would save the taxpayers a whole lot of money if I was ever in that situation.

That man was a monster. I was reading the wife left during all of the excitment leaving their two oldest kids who were 18+ behind at the house where he died. Im guessing she is afraid of getting in trouble for hiding him.
The youngest three kids in that home were kidnapped. I was reading a story where they interviewed their biological Mom. The Mom had been pretty much coerced into signing over guardianship to this Kolbeck and his wife years ago. She had been raised in that cult herself. She has been trying to find the kids for years and wants them back. The Blaine sheriff should not have let her get away so fast.
