I actually know someone who did this. She got in a hurry and tried to iron the collar of her shirt while wearing it. Yes, she got a nice burn on her neck.

As for the peanuts one, I often see written on packages of airplane peanuts, "May Contain Nuts." Well, I would hope so!

Very nice list. My favorite label is on a bottle of Dr. Pepper. Caution: Lid may BLOW OFF causing eye or other serious injury. Point away from face while opening. Haha
