This'll be short as I'm being pulled in a few directions this afternoon (on top of having come home from work early during the night for feeling a bit under the weather), but I wanted to let you all know that we finally found out today that my brother HAS NOT been turned-loose onto the street. This is lotsa relief as u might imagine. The e-mail alerts we were receiving were incomplete. They were informing only that he'd been RELEASED- but they failed to also let us know that he was transferred to a secondary holding facility where he will wait until he learns which State Prison facilty he will serve out his sentence at. What a load-off for us!
