Ingredients: Cornstarch, Corn Syrup Solids, Food Starch-modified, Salt, Hydrolyzed Soy, Corn and Wheat Protein, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Caramel Color, Beef (Fat and Extract), Dehydrated Onion, Sodium Caseinate, Disodium Inosinate and Guanylate, Mono and Diglycerides, Natural Flavors, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Spice Extractive, Sulfiting Agents and Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide To Prevent Caking. Allergy Information: Contains Soy, Wheat and Milk.

Cooking Instructions for the Stove Top:

1. Combine 1 package French's Homestyle Brown Gravy Mix and 1 cup cold water in a small saucepan.  Stir until blended.
2. Bring mixture to a boil; stirring constantly.
3. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring 1 minute until thickened.

Cooking Instructions for the Microwave:

1. Combine 1 package French's Homestyle Brown Gravy Mix and 1 cup cold water in a 1 quart microwave-safe bowl.  Stir until blended.
2. Microwave on High (100%) power for 3 to 4 minutes, using a 1000 watt (or higher).
3. Stir halfway through cooking.
4. Microwave until mixture comes to a boil and gravy thickens.
5. Note: if using a lower wattage microwave, additional cooking time may be needed.

*French's Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix contains no added MSG, other than that naturally occurring in Hydrolyzed Corn, Soy, Wheat, Yeast Protein and Autolyzed Yeast Extract.
