Fried Mahimahi
1 pound mahimahi, cut into serving pieces
Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sake
- dash of Accent
- 1 beaten egg
- Marinate fish about 1 hour turning once or twice.
- Dip fish in beaten egg, roll in crumbs and fry.
