1/4 tsp McCormick Granulated Garlic
2 tsp canola or olive oil
1 1/2 tsp McCormick Parsley Flakes
3/4 tsp McCormick Oregano Leaves
1 tsp McCormick Thyme Leaves
1/2 tsp McCormick Paprika
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 small (4 ounce) loaves Italian or French bread
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine garlic and oil together in a small bowl. Mix well.
3. In a small zipper bag, combine the parsley, oregano, thyme, paprika, and cheese. Mix well by shaking thoroughly.
4. Cut slices about an inch apart in each loaf of bread diagonally - but not through - the loaf
5. Brush the garlic and oil over the cut bread, and then sprinkle the seasoning blend between the slices.
6. Wrap each loaf in aluminum foil, place on a backing sheet and cook about 10 minutes, or until heated through.
