Recipe: Ginger Dressing for Seafood

- 1 pint light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 tbsp finely minced fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp finely minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 3-bean salad
- Fresh limes
To make Ginger Dressing for Seafood
- Place all ingredients except 3-bean salad and limes in a bowl and mix well with an egg beater.
- Place just cooked seafood (shrimp, scallops, fish) on a serving plate.
- Add a serving of 3-bean salad on a lettuce leaf.
- Put Ginger Dressing for Seafood over the fish or seafood and add 4 halves small key limes to the plate.
- Serve with fresh Italian bread or rolls.
