Preheat oven to 350° F. Brown the lean ground beef with the onion soup mix. Stir in the mixed vegetables with the juice, cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Add the noodles which have been cooked for half the required time. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350° F. Grate 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese and 15 minutes before the casserole is done, sprinkle over top and return to oven for the remaining 15 minutes. This recipe is good served with a tossed salad and hard rolls. Serves 12.
