Directions for use: Season 1 pound of pork, chicken or shrimp with 1 tbsp Grill Mates Belgian Style White Ale Seasoning.

Belgian-Style White Ale Marinade Recipe

1. Mix 1/4 cup of Grill Mate Belgian Style White Ale Seasoning, 1/2 cup Blue Moon^® Belgian-Style White Ale --or-- Orange Juice and 2 tbsp olive oil.
2. Use marinade mixture to marinate 2 pounds of chicken. Discard remaining marinade.
3. Grill or broil chicken until cooked through.
