Dough
Mix together all filling ingredients. Roll mixture into balls and chill. (Can be frozen)
Mix well all dough ingredients. Knead dough. Let dough rise 45 minutes. Roll dough out to thin layer. Cut dough in 3 inch circles. Shape dough around chilled ham balls. Dip top in well beaten (additional) egg, and then in sesame seeds. Refrigerate. Let stand out one hour, covered. Bake at 425° F for 10-20 minutes. Makes 20-24 Ham and Cheese Puffies.
