1 pound hamburger

2 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp chopped garlic

1 tsp sea salt

Dash of white pepper

1 tsp sugar

2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce

8 ounce package egg noodles

6 scallions

3 ounce package cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese

Brown hamburger in butter.
Mix garlic and add to hamburger along with sea salt, white pepper, sugar, and tomato sauce.
Cover and cook slowly for about 15 minutes.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions and drain.
Chop scallions and mix with cream cheese and sour cream.
Put 1/3 of the egg noodles in the bottom of a large greased casserole.
Spread with 1/3 of scallion mixture.
Cover with 1/3 of meat sauce.
Repeat layers twice.
Sprinkle with the shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
