Recipe: Hamburger Soup

- 1 lb ground beef, browned
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1/4-1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 can milk
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Tobasco Sauce (optional)
Brown meat, drain off fat. Add all other ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir often while the soup is simmering, or put in a Crock-Pot for several hours. Add the cheese. When cheese melts, the soup is ready to serve.
