Product Recipes
- 1 pkg 15 Bean Soup Mix, discard seasoning packet
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 quart tomatoes
- 2 cup diced celery
- 3 qts water
- 2 cup diced carrots
- 1 tsp chopped fresh garlic
- Center cut ham slice, trimmed of fat and diced
- Add water to an 8 quart kettle, and bring to a boil. Add all ingredients list above.
- Reduce heat and simmer until all beans are done.
- Tastes better if served the following day or divide into portions and freeze.
