Recipe: Herbed Potato Wedges

• 3 medium potatoes
• 2 tbsps butter or margarine (or use half oil)
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt
• 1/4 tsp dried basil
• Mrs. Dash Seasoning

Preheat oven to 400°F. Scrub potatoes to clean them. Cut each potato into eight wedges. Melt butter in 8x8" baking dish. Stir in herbs and seasonings. Add potatoes; stir to coat with butter mixture. Bake in 400°F oven for 30 minutes. For Microwave - cover with plastic wrap and cook on high in microwave for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Serves 4.
