2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1 cup boiling water
Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Frosting

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees<
  2. Line 2 1/2 inch muffin cups with paper bake cups.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
  5. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
  7. Pour mixture 2/3 full into muffin cups.
  8. Bake 22-25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool 10 minutes
  10. Remove from pans to wire racks.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Frost with Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Frosting.

Yields: About 30 Cupcakes
