Pizza Crust Ingredients

• 3 tbsp dry yeast
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 5 1/4 cups unbleached flour
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/4 cups warm water
• 3/4 cup canola oil
• Extra flour and cornmeal

To make Pizza Crust

1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1/2 cup water, let stand 10 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Knead 10 minutes in cornmeal and flour on board. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise until double, then punch down.
3. Pat out into 3 pizza pans. For thicker pizza crust, allow dough to rise.
4. Add desired sauce and toppings.
5. Bake pizza at 500° F. for 15 minutes.
