2 1/2 meat with bones (beef, pork, chicken or turkey)
1 large onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 carrot, sliced
2 McCormick Bay Leaves
1 tsp McCormick Parsley Flakes
6 corns McCormick Whole Black Pepper
1. Place all ingredients in a large pot (or a crockpot), and cover with water.
2. Bring to boil and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours
3. Strain broth first with colendar, and a second time wih a cheese cloth lined colendar.
