Ingredients in Hot Clam Dip
- 2 cans clams, minced
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- squeeze of lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 packages crackers, crumbled
To Make Hot Clam Dip
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Saute onions in butter until transparent.
- Mix sauted onions, clams, lemon juice, and garlic powder together.
- Pour ingredients into a small greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° until light brown on top, about 20 to 30 minutes.
