1 tsp canola oil
1 onion, chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
dash cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed tomato soup.
1 8oz package spaghetti pasta
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook chopped onion in canola oil until clear.
2. Add ground beef, and cook until brown.
3. Add seasonings, and stir well.
4. Add soups, then cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti pasta according to package directions.
5. Serve over pasta, and sprinkle with Parmesean cheese.
