1 tsp grated lime peel
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 tbsp canola oil
6 tbsp honey
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp McCormick Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp McCormick Table Grind Pepper or freshed grated pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 lbs London broil, sirloin, or top round steak, 3/4-1 inch thick
Lime wedges
1. In a small bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients, and mix well
2. Score top of steaks and place in a shallow glass baking pan
3. Pour marinade over steaks, turning steaks to coat all sides evenly
4. Cover pan with foil or Saran wrap. Place in refigerator and marinate at for 6 to 8 hours, turning steaks several times.
5. Barbeque or broil to taste
6. Slice steak on diagonal for tenderness, and serve with lime wedges
