- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/8 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 lb sliced Kielbasa
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 cups chicken broth
- black pepper to taste
- rye bread crumbs
- Saute onion, garlic and Kielbasa in large kettle until meat is browned.
- Add cabbage and saute until limp.
- Add chicken broth and pepper.
- Bring to a boil.
- Use rye bread crumbs to thicken soup to your desired consistancy.
