8 oz lasagna noodles
3 tbsps butter or margarine
1 cup chive cottage cheese
6 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup minced onion
2 tbsps chopped green or red pepper
1 tbsp drained pimento (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Accent Flavor Enhancer
1 lb lean hamburger
3 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 drops tabasco (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 3 qt oven proof casserole dish
1. Cook lasagna noodles according to instructions on box, add butter and keep warm.
2. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, onion, pepper, pimento (optional), salt, and Accent in a bowl.
3. Brown and drain lean ground beef.
4. Stir into cooked ground beef tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and tabasco sauce (optional).
5. Pour small amount of meat mixture in bottom of casserole dish.
6. Top with 1/2 cooked noodles.
7. Top with cheese mixture then noodles and finish with more meat sauce and cheese mixture.
8 Bake for 50 - 60 mins.
