Product Recipes
- 2 cups dried lentils
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 small potatoes, diced
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 oz can tomatoes, with liquid
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp dried organic basil
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 7-8 cups vegetable stock or water
- 3/4 tsp salt
In a large pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 2-3 hours. Add freshly ground pepper to taste.
