Recipe: Linguini with a White Clam Sauce

2 (10.5 oz) cans minced clams
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp basil leaves
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
1 lb linguini
- In a frying pan saute minced garlic in olive oil at low heat.
- Sir in clams and juice.
- Add basil, parsley, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Boil water for linguini and cook according to package directions.
- Serve clam sauce over linguini and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
