- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 2 cups diced mangoes
- 1/2 cups raisins
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- Mix flour, baking soda, sugar, and ground cinnamon together.
- Form a well in center of the flour mix. Add beaten eggs, canola oil, and mangoe, mix well.
- Gently fold chopped walnuts, and raisins into the Mango Bread batter.
- Mix and pour Mango Bread batter into greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake Mango Bread at 350° F for 1 hour.
