Marcott Cheesecake Ingredients
- 24 ounces cream cheese (3 x 8 ounce packages of cream cheese)
- 4 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
To Make Marcott Cheesecake
- Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice by mixer until smooth.
- While cream cheese is mixing, take the graham crackers, powdered sugar, and melted butter and mix in bowl and then put into bottom of a 12" springform pan, don't try to place them up the sides.
- When cream cheese mix is smooth, pour into springform pan over top of the graham cracker mix.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350° F.
- Cool for about 15 minutes and add topping: Well blended sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Pour topping over cooled cake and bake at 425° for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Chill for 24 hours before serving.
