With McCormick Bruschetta Seasoning the blending of herbs and spices is all done, just add bread and olive oil. Sometimes toppings are added to the bread (or to the side for guests to add themselves) including tomato, onion, other vegetables, cured lunch meats such as salami and cheeses.

Bread Dipping Oil Recipe

Combine 1 to 2 tbsp of McCormick Bruschetta Seasoning Mix with 1/4 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil. Serve with crusty bread.

Bruschetta Chicken and Pasta Recipe

Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix 1/3 cup McCormick Bruschetta Seasoning, 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil and 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar in a large bowl. Add 2 lbs quartered plum tomatoes and 1 lb chicken tenders; toss to coat the chicken and tomatoes with seasoning blend. Place in a baking dish in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cook through. Meanwhile prepare 8oz of your favorite pasta. Toss cooked Bruschetta Chicken Tomatoes with the pasta in a large bowl and serve. Makes 8 servings.
