Recipe: Garlic and Pepper Roasted Asparagus

• 1 lb medium asparagus (about 35 spears), ends trimmed
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp McCormick Garlic and Onion with Black Pepper and Sea Salt Seasoning

1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place asparagus in single layer on non-stick foil-lined 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil; roll asparagus to coat with oil. Sprinkle with Seasoning; roll again to coat with seasoning.
2. Roast aparagus for 10 minutes or until asparagus are tender-crisp, turning one time.
