Use McCormick Grill Mates^® Worcestershire Peppercorn Burger Mix-In Seasoning to add zesty Worcestershire Sauce and zingy pepper flavors to your grilled hamburgers and steaks. Worcestershire Burger Mix-in is a savory blend of cracked black pepper, garlic, toasted onion, and Worcestershire which livens up the flavor of burgers, steaks and chicken. Mix 1 tbsp of Grill Mates Worcestershire Peppercorn Mix-In Seasoning with 1 pound of lean ground beef. Shape into four hamburger patties. Grill, pan fry or broil until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160° F. Top with Cheddar or American cheese slices, and your desired toppings and condiments. Serve with French Fries, Baked Beans and/or Cole Slaw.
